Benefits to Colorado Brewers Guild MembersCBG Members will have access to a CBG Member exclusive insurance policy specifically crafted to address the exposures faced by Craft Brewers, as well as special CBG member premium discounts. CBG Members to have access to a Member exclusive website to learn about the product offering – www.CraftBrewersInsurance.com/CBG CBG Members to have access to a simplified, electronic application process along with a team of dedicated CBG Member underwriters. CBG Members to have exclusive access to periodic Brewery Risk Management webinars hosted by industry experts. Benefits to Colorado Brewers Guild AssociationCBG to receive a royalty payment for each CBG Member brewery who enrolls in the CBG Member Insurance Program*. CBG to receive a guaranteed minimum marketing fee of $2,500**. *Royalty payments, as outlined in Section e of the attached Colorado Brewers Guild Licensing Agreement, are to be made solely for the use of CBG Marks. |
What is asked of CBG and how will the benefit be marketed?
In exchange for the guaranteed minimum marketing fee, we ask that…
CBG positions the “CBG Member Insurance Program” as the “Official CBG Member Insurance Benefit.”
CBG allows the Company to use the CBG logo and other marks along with the terms “Colorado Brewers Guild Member Insurance Program” and/or “CBG Member Insurance Program” on Company website(s) and promotional material to promote the benefit to CBG members.
CBG provides a permanent banner advertisement for the CBG Member Insurance Program on all pages of the website where banner ads are made available (the Company to provide banner images and links).
CBG sends quarterly (4 per year) stand-alone email blasts to CBG Member Breweries outlining the benefit (the Company to provide eblast verbiage).
CBG Includes an article and/or advertisement for the benefit in all outgoing CBG member newsletters (electronic or paper newsletters) (the Company to provide newsletter material).
CBG allows the Company to provide quarterly or semi-annual risk management seminars (live) or webinars exclusively for CBG member breweries to attend. These seminars/webinars will be purely educational in nature and not designed to promote a specific product or company.
CBG allows the Company to send up to two (2) direct mail pieces promoting the benefit to CBG members annually. CBG to provide the Company with direct mail list(s) and contact names and information.
CBG provides member list and contact information so Company can meet with CBG member brewery decision makers on a face-to-face basis.
